Dear Madam,
We the members of the interact club would like to
host a convention in the school in November this
year . Various schools around Kathmandu will be
participating in this convention.Hence we seek your
permission to host this successful convention in our
school .
We would like to inform you that we will be hosting
10 to 11 different kind of activities in this
convention. The activities we have planned are as

2. Football
3. Debate
4. Slam Poetry / Spoken Word
5. Extempore
6. Photography
7. Art
8. Quiz
9. Spin a Yarn
10. Chess

11. Story Writing

This convention will solely be held by the interact
club with the other clubs of Rato Bangala School

.This convention will not disturb the school schedule

at all since this will be held on the weekend .We
assure you that you will have no complaints or
disappointment from this convention.
The main goal for this convention is to provide
platforms to students to show their talents and also
for different interactors to meet each other and
learn to work with each other . We hope you will
give us the permission requested.
