Prenty well but some pussies in squad were like dont beat them
so hard, why are you so mean, but other than it went pretty well
considering we were number 1
2. Did you receive guidance from Group or Wing on weekly training
plans?
Im sure Joe did, no exact plans, I dont think wing did anything
except get in my way- ex no race tracks. No plans or feedback
but restrictions
3. Did you follow the guidance to the tee or did you deviate from it and
create your own?
I made my own- decide
4. Was each training session defined and planned out in advance?
If yes: Was this because of organized guidance from group/wing?
Not bc of organized guidance, planned our own stuf
If no: Why?
5. If they could change anything about training what would they change?
Make it more difficult-theyll remember the mental strength
(toughness) they had in the hard moments but they wont
remember land nav
Mental toughness will save their lives, make them better officers
6. Do you think standardizing training across the Wing would be
beneficial?
Yes, but could lose out on leadership
If we say you have to do 3 hard training session and 1 easy, but
they do really well and you want the third one to be easy, cant
do that
Overarching training objectives- training staf decides how to do
so
