VI. Concept Notes:
Fitness Dance Performance
This activity aims to develop your prowess in dancing and enhance you capabilities in creating
dance steps as well. It helps also achieve you goal in maintaining your body to become physically fit.
Please do this, open you internet connection and try browsing the different types of dance such
fitness dance performance. If you don’t have internet access you open your televisions, radios and start to
watch FIT dances or any kind of dance then try to follow.
You can do this (Simple)
TASK 1
Performance Task
Direction: Try to follow the dance performance in the selected material or equipment you used in making
your dance activity.
1.As a form of MOV try to get pictures with you while dancing then paste on this activity.

2. Based from the MOV or pictures your presented try to make an explanation and how it relates to
maintain fitness of your body.
3.Make an analysis is the dance you executed is line in the goals and achieved in maintaining
healthy fit body.

Performance Task: Try with yourself to create your own steps on fitness dance, to enhance your creativity
in performing dance activity.
1.Get a picture of the steps as part of the MOV of creation and paste it.

achieved the goal or objectives you set for this Fit Dance program?

1. In what situation will you promote the movements you created for the fit dance?
2. Who are your target participants of your FIT DANCE?
3. After the performance of the Fit dance what is the implication to your participants specifically

4. Get the reaction of your participants
5. Consolidate all the comments and reactions of your participants and make an evaluation.

In this summative test, it will measure the prior knowledge and understanding of the students
in making a FIT dance activity as well in making a simple schedule of fit dance activity in order
to achieve the goals and maintain health related fitness.

Making a training program in dance activity
In making and performing dance activities, it is very important to learn how to make a
training program for maintaining the health related fitness of our body.
TASK 2
