VI. Concept Notes:
Fitness Dance Performance
This activity aims to develop your prowess in dancing and enhance you capabilities in creating
dance steps as well. It helps also achieve you goal in maintaining your body to become physically fit.
Please do this, open you internet connection and try browsing the different types of dance such
fitness dance performance. If you don’t have internet access you open your televisions, radios and start to
watch FIT dances or any kind of dance then try to follow.

TASK 1
Performance Task
Direction: Try to follow the dance performance in the selected material or equipment you used in making
your dance activity.
1.As a form of MOV try to get pictures with you while dancing then paste on this activity.

2. Based from the MOV or pictures your presented try to make an explanation and how it relates to
maintain fitness of your body.
