In this lesson, students are expected to:
- Identify the FITT principle in active recreation
- Create a FITT principle program design

- Appreciate the importance of FITT principle in active recreational activities

This activity will help students to organize a program, self-determination, commitment, encourage family, friends, and classmates.
4. Overview of the Lesson:
Recreational and program planning will lead one’s personal goal in physical activities which cater the skills, determination, commitment, development and assess the
improvements. Planning a program will help people guide the right way of your goal and to know what will be the outcomes.

Synthesis:
The principle of fitness program in recreational activities it keeps individually active in planning and applying the desired Goals, but before achieving that the one who planned the
program needs to follow the procedure or instructions before doing the task desired it should be approved by the teacher and know their limitations in doing the activities.
