materials to improve the retrieval system. The Audio Visual materials are properly organized and there is a regular record of each material for easy retrieval.

4. More Creative strategies to effect Implemented
greater use of library resources. There is a visible bibliographical list of collection of newly acquired materials posted in the faculty room and in the library’s bulletin board. Students are encourage to use library collection through instruction and a certificate is being given to the top section who has the most number of visits in the library 5. The possibility of providing additional Implemented staff. There is an assigned library assistant in the library that helps the librarian.
