Recommendation
1. The formulation of a more structured
Collection Development Program to focus
on the following:
 Print materials
 Non-Print materials
 Professional books
 Periodical Journals
2. The regular indexing of periodical
journals with the permanent value.
3. The proper organization of Audio Visual
materials to improve the retrieval system.
4. More Creative strategies to effect
greater use of library resources.

Implemented
The library has purchased some updated
visual materials and some additional books
for professional growth of teachers and
staff as well as for the advanced study of
students. There is also a daily subscription
on periodicals

The library has the regular process of
indexing the periodical journals

The Audio Visual materials are properly
organized and there is a regular record of
each material for easy retrieval.

There is a visible bibliographical list of
collection of newly acquired materials
posted in the faculty room and in the
library’s bulletin board. Students are
encourage to use library collection through
instruction and a certificate is being given
to the top section who has the most
number of visits in the library
5. The possibility of providing additional Implemented
staff. There is an assigned library assistant in
the library that helps the librarian.
