ANALYSIS

This chapter provides analysis and interpretation of data collection from 40 staff nurses in
IGM Hospital,Agartala.
A descriptive study was carried to assess the level of knowledge about Biomedical
Waste Management among staff nurses in IGM hospital,Agartala.
The data were collected from 40 staff nurses. The collected raw data were organized,
tabulated, analyzed and interpreted by means of scoring system.

Regarding Religion, most of the staff nurses are belongs from Hindu (34 i.e.85%)
remaining staff nurses are Muslim (3 i.e.7.5%) and Christian (2 i.e.5%) and Buddhist (1 i.e.
2.5%).
