(experience-based qualification) in recognition for all of the hard work you do as a
member of the TCC team.

WHAT IS AN EBQ?
An experience-based qualification is a fast and efficient way to translate your hard work
into a nationally recognised qualification. Its not training. Its a way of recognising the
valuable experience and skills you already have.
