CENTERING Activity
Telemarketing, an emotional rollercoaster ride. Most people dont understand that the telesales
execs are just doing their jobs so they them you a hard time by shouting, scolding & insulting
while only a small group people make it a pleasant experience for them. So MASTER the
techniques to control emotions & stay calm using the martial art techniques of CENTERING.
This activity involves a small degree of psychological & physical disturbance aimed to equip
participants with a calm yet focused attitude no matter how tough a situation gets
Remember that the people around you are building you towards greatness. Some know it & some
dont, some do it consciously & some sub-consciously

DAY 2

6 EFFECTIVE STEPS TO PREPARATION & PLANNING
Prepare yourself & your calls
knowledge(competitor & your product)

~ Create a telemarketing system (Closing Ratio Statistics, kpi, Performance Improvement Plan,
checklist )
Role Play
Participants get into pairs & practise a role play session before calling an actual live prospect.
They must test & internalize all the techniques they learnt in this 2 days program
Warriors must face fear, obstacles or challenges. Participants will be given a solid steel bar and
they must bend it with their throats! Can it be done? Yes We Can!

This is a business simulation activity. Teams are given targets to hit, i.e. to create necessities
like clothes, weapons, food. Your goal is to hit the revenue target or exceed the target by selling
your products to the buyers (Trainer & Facilitator) effectively based on the Innovative Selling
Philosophy. Participants will be faced with severe rejections & objections by the buyers
however they need to overcome these challenges & convince the buyers through the Innovative
selling methods. A mentally and physically challenging experience. Can it be done? Yes I Can!

21 day Challenge
Participants must take 21 days to practise & internalize all that has been
delivered through the program & their leaders must motivate, encourage &
monitor them for the next 21 days to see if they are in the right track
Final Challenge
(Group Activity)
Warriors are required to give their 100% in this final challenge they will need to take up the
chair activity challenge as a group/company to break the time record. This final battle is aimed
to STRETCH the limits & potential of each Warrior so that when they are out there in the
business world, they will internalize all the principles & drills instilled during this 2 day program
