We, the Dr. Arsenio C. Nicolas NHS will be holding its 12th Founding Anniversary
on February 16, 2016 and one of our highlights is the SINSAYAW Sining, Sayaw at
Awit, a concert for a cause and the proceed is for the Senior High School Equipment.
In connection with this, we would like to request from your office to borrow fifty
(50) pieces wooden rifle to be use as our props in the said event. Rest assure that we will
keep the custody of the materials and will be held responsible.
