BCM622 Dissertation I
This meeting log needs to be completed by the supervisor and student. The students need to have a
least 6 meeting with the supervisor in a semester. This supervision meeting log needs to be bound
together with the dissertation upon submission at the end of the semester. It needs to be labeled as
appendix A in the dissertation.
