Theoretical and Applied Biology Department. 3rd October, 2016. The Dean of Students. KNUST. Dear Sir, REQUEST FOR REFUND Joshua Welbeck is my name, a level 300 student reading BSc. Environmental Science with reference number 20376858. I humbly write to request for refund with respect to a payment I made for broadcast message. I submitted a letter to your office with the tittle: STOLEN BAG AND PHONE, on the 30th September, 2016, seeking for assistance in the area of broadcast messaging so as to find my documents, certificates and ID cards which may be discarded by the thief. I made a payment of Fifty Ghana cedis (GH50), however I was told it was an oversight, since I was not to pay for the broadcast message service as a student. I humbly ask for a refund. I hope my request would receive the needed attention. Yours faithfully, .. Joshua Welbeck (
