Marathon
Other than the cold wind, we had a great day for the
marathon and Students, Staff, and Volunteers walked
a total of 820 miles. Way to go. So far we have
taken in $23,749.00. Grades 1 & 2 have met 50% of
their classroom goal and will receive popcorn at
library and an extra 15 minute recess. All other
grades have met 25% of their classroom goal and will
get popcorn during library. Prizes are handed out
every Friday.
We want to give a Special thanks to the KCs for
the delicious lunch they served at the marathon and
to all the volunteers that day. We also want to
thank all the local businesses that sponsored our
marathon t-shirts-. We appreciate all the support
we get from so many of you.
Pancake Breakfast October 2
Thank you to all who came to the delicious
breakfast. Thank you to all who helped work at it.
Special thanks to those who donated pork and
pancake mix. We served about 180 people and
made a profit of about $1,500. May God Bless You
all!!
Parent/Teacher Conferences Oct. 18
Conferences at St. Peters School will be Tuesday,
October 18, from 3:20-7:30. Please return the
conference sign up form as soon as possible if you
have not already done so.
PRAY365
Secure your date(s) today. St. Peters School is
taking dates for our PRAY365 fundraiser that is sure
to Make a Difference for our school! If our 2017
calendar fills up, this fundraiser would make over
$66,000. Dont know what to get someone for

their birthday, anniversary, etc., purchase a day on

the Pray 365 calendar. For more information
regarding this, you can call the school office or visit
the school website at www.schoolofstpeter.com.
Birthday Day/Parent Lunch October 28
During the school year the last Friday of the month
we will celebrate the birthdays for the month.
Students with summer birthdays, we will celebrate
their birthday. Parents are welcome to join their
child for lunch, we just ask that you please make
reservations by calling the school office at 223-7729
by 3pm the day before. This will also be student
council dress up day. Stay posted to see what it is!

Student Council Store October 5
The Student Council Store will be open during
breakfast the first Wednesday of the month. Items
will be priced from 25 to $1.

A Note from PEACE:

Congratulations to our 3rd and 4th Grade Broncos
on winning the Box Top Challenge!! They brought
in the highest percentage of box tops and won an
extra 30 minute recess. The challenge brought in
about $414.10, which is great! Thanks to everyone
for turning in your Box Tops.
Trunk or Treat will be held Monday, October 31 in
Central Park. The meal and trunk set up will begin
at 5:00 with Trunk or Treating going from 5:306:30pm. Be watching for flyers to be coming home
in Mondays folders with more information.

Scrip gift cards make great gifts for all ages!!
Several cards available to purchase in the school office, just stop in at
your convenience and purchase them.
Percentage of profits can go towards a childs tuition.
Check out the Scrip table at conferences on Tuesday, October 18.
(We can help you get registered that day.)
