Parents and students please see the attached information regarding a

Prairie Catholic Talent Show. The school has not had a talent show for
many year and we believe that our students are a talented group! The
performance will be on Wednesday, February 1st, at our Catholic
Schools Week Family Night celebration. There are dates that each performing group will need to meet so please get working sooner rather
than later. I for one, can not wait to see our students perform!

school. A big thank you to all the parents, students, and staff who volunteered
their time; the smoothie station volunteers; and all those who participated! A
huge thanks to our wonderful God who gave us amazing weather that day! : )

We have less of a need for juice as the daycare has moved to serving water after
school.
The school would like to remind families that each student is allowed 10 sick
days per YEAR. Partial days are counted in this number. Truancy starts on number 11 so please ensure your student is ready for school and that days missing
are validated.
Parents, please remember that in the case of inclement weather Prairie Catholic
will follow the public school late start/early out postings. The school would like
to remind parents to listen to the radio each morning if you have questions
about weather related delays or cancelations. Please remember that if Prairie du
Chien Public School has delayed or canceled, the same applies to Prairie Catholic. Take the time to check your information on Skylert (within Skyward) as messages will be sent this way regarding weather related notices.
The school is looking forward in the calendar to
events that will be here before you know it the
Prairie Catholic Basketball Tournaments. The
school will need volunteers to help work the
gates and concession stands. January 14th and 21st
are perfect days to get the majority of your volunteer credit hours completed. Please contact the
school if you are interested in helping as we will
need many volunteers.
