Rules and Regulations:

1) Entry Deadline:
Regular Entry: 12th September 2015
Late Entry: 30th September 2015
2) Award Category:
Each entry will get a participation certificate.
Top 10 short films/documentary films will be selected and each selected film
will get a contribution amount of Rs.5000/- along with certificate.
Top 10 short films will be uploaded on Rupesh Studio Frames Pvt. Ltd.s
YouTube Channel and Viewers Choice award of Rs.10000/- will be given to
best film along with certificate.
3) Entry Fee: No entry will be accepted until the payment of the non-refundable fee is
paid.
Regular Entry : Rs.500/Late Entry
: Rs.1000.

Films should not exceed 45mins.
The decision of the Jury will be final and cannot be challenged.
Shortlisted films will be notified as and when selected.
Each selected film will be uploaded on YouTube through Rupesh Studio Frames Pvt.
Ltd.s Channel or its Associates Channel and submission of the film to the Bazaar
itself is an authorization to do so.
10) Rupesh Studio Frames Pvt. Ltd. do not take any type of financial commitment for the
expense incurred by the participant.
11) Once the film is submitted cannot be withdrawn in any circumstances, however Jury
members reserves the right to disqualify any film on certain grounds.
12) By submitting the movie, filmmaker/producer takes the full responsibility of
copyright issues of music, script and other creative and technical aspects of the film.
13) Filmmakers are requested to submit their entry along with:
