    CORRESPONDENCE CONTROL

    A correspondence numbering system shall be established for all correspondence


    addressed to the Resident Construction Manager in connection with the subject contract.
    The system shall include at least the following letter and numbers :
    Project Number-L.2 followed by numerically sequenced number starting
    with 001

    2. If you wish to precede this with your own project identification number, this is also
    acceptable. All correspondence concerning this project shall be addressed to the Resident
    Construction Manager unless advised otherwise.
