This is in regard to your invoice no. HR51504268, HR51504267 which you placed with our company on
29th October 2015 for Idea Project, Assam Circle. After the receipt of invoice the material was immediately
dispatched on 30th October 2015 from Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.
The delay in delivery of the material was because the driver took the truck to his native place in Bihar due
to the festivals. After a lot of follow ups we were able to track him down yesterday. The material is on the
way now from Bihar to Assam. We are trying our best to minimize the delay as much as possible to
reduce your trouble. The material will be reaching either on tuesday or wednesday to the site. To ensure
that this crisis does not take place in the future again, we have taken all precautionary steps.
