Hydraulic Mobile Crane Complaint

This mail is to serve as a written complaint against your ACE

Company for sending me Very poor quality Hydraulic Mobile Crane.

I am Azad Singh S/o Shri Soran Singh village Rair Kalan district
panipat. I bought a Hydraulic Mobile Crane (15MT) in July 2020
which was manufactured by ACE and is colored golden yellow.
Actually I have a firm HKS INFRASTRUCTURE in the panipat
refinery; I bought it for the Construction work. But we are not
satisfied with your service because you are sending me poor quality
equipment. It is discolored and rusted in many places. Actually this
kind of problem is seen, then either the old and rusted material has
been used or surface preparation (blasting) has not been done
properly. Apart from this, such a problem is seen even if the quality
of paint is very poor. So, I request you to solve my problem
expeditiously so that our trust remains in your company.
