Sub : Prayer for not to get the Liquidate damage 5%

Dear Sir,
We are very much pleased to submit you the reason for making
delay to finish the work. Here the reasons we mentioned below :-

Cause of delay :
1. Due to Civil Foundation Work -
At Gumti Site:
Steel Material delivery date was 20-07-2016. AA STEEL LTD.
was ready for erection on this date but R.C.C (Net cement
finishing) work was incomplete. So steel material erection was
delayed from the date of
20-07-2016 to 07-08-2016. Delay period - 17 days (Due to civil
work)

At Meghna Site:
Material and workers were ready to erection the steel portions
by-02-08-2016.
But RCC work was not ready at that day. So it was delayed from
02-08-16 to 05-08-16). Delay period - 03 days. (Due to civil
work)

At Kanchpur Site:
At Kanchpur site steel material were delivered at 10-08-2016. But
RCC casting of Fuel Station was delayed and it was ready for
steel work at the date of 10-10-2016. So we started erection at
11-10-2016. Delay period 60 days. (Due to civil work)
2. Due to dalay payment -
Bill submit & Payment date:
First partial bill submission : 27-08-16. Received Bill 05/10/16
Second partial bill submission : 27-09-16. Till now we havent
received this running bill
Third payment received : 21-11-16.
03. Other causes of delay :
1. Holiday- EID-UL-AZHA (10-09-16 to 18-09-16) 09 days.
(Due to civil work)
2. Heavy rain & bad weather: 15 days. (Due to civil work)
3. at Meghna Site: The workshop sheeting work was delayed due
to fixing the Crane Rail, Hoist, Pully and Container at Mezzanine.
Delay period 10 Days(Due to civil work)

So, it is clear that all the delay were not making by A A

Steel Ltd. In this situation we are requesting you to pay
us full amount of Bill.
