    2018-19 in the District of cuttack under PMGSY-II package No.- OR-
    07-282/PMGSY-II (2018-19) and routine maintenance .

    Sir,
    In inviting a kind reference to the subject cited above it is to state
    that 96% of the above work has since been completed. The toe wall
    of the enbankment is now under construction For a long period the
    local labourers and out side labourers did not available for
    concerting of the toe wall due to spread of CORONA VIRUS (COVID
    19). However I have made all arrangements to complete the Toe wall
    within one and half months’ time without fail .
    Therefore it is requested that the
    termination of contract may kindly be taken up after one and half
    month time and obliged.
