Sub: - N.W. Improvements to the road from km 2/0 to 10/0 of Kuppam Patchur
road in Chittoor District (Work reach from 2/2 to 7/0). Approval of

Mile stone program- Requested - Reg.

We submit that the above work is entrusted to us on 16.02.2009 vide CR Agt No.
89/2008-2009 with time stipulated for completion as 15 months in three mile stones.
After taking over the site we have started procuring men, material and machinery,
but immediately in the month of March 2009 the process of conducting general elections
and model code of conduct, has come in to force and we could not start the work till first
week of June 2009 due to general elections. After completion of the elections we started
procuring all men and material etc., and started the work in the month of June 2009.
Due to delay in starting work by about (3 ½) three and half months the progress of
work in first mile stone is hampered. Hence we are herewith submitting the revised
program of work in two mile stones with first mile stones 10 months and second mile
stone for 5 months to complete total work with in the agreement period
