PROPOSED CORNERSTONE HEADQUARTERS BUILDING AT ONIRU, LAGOS STATE
1. Introduction;

We refer to your recent invitation regarding the fore-mentioned and we are pleased to submit
our quotation for the sub-soil investigation.
2. Scope of investigation;

(a) 2 Nos. Borehole with SPT and sampling at 1.5m intervals to 30m depths.
(b) 3 Nos. Trial Pit measuring 1.0 by 2.0m depth.
(c) Laboratory analyses of recovered soil and water samples.
(d) Submission of (2) two hard copies and soft copy of interpretative geotechnical report.
3. Duration of Works;

We propose to carry out all the necessary field works within one week, laboratory analyses of
samples recovered will commence immediately after completion of field works, while
compilation of results and submission of reports will take additional two weeks. We hope to
submit geotechnical report by the third week after commencement of field works.
4. Cost of works;

Our cost of carrying out all the activities that constitute the site investigation is computed to be,
N966, 000 (Nine hundred and sixty six thousand naira only), with V.A.T
5. Validity;

Due to unstable nature of markets prices, we are unable to gurantee our offer for more than 21
days from this date of issue.
Our rates and price for geotechnical investigation works is presented in the attached bills of
quantity.
