    Sub: -Extension of Time period for “Supply and stacking of Machine Crushed Stone
    Ballast as per latest specification of Railway vide RDSO/IRS-GE-01 of June-2016 with upto
    date amendments in section from Bhalwani to Washimbe on Cess on Railway / Private land
    in connection with Doubling of Daund-Kalaburagi section in Solapur Division of Central
    Railway in state of Maharashtra”
    Ref:-1. 2019/RVNL/PUNE/DD-GR/Supply of Ballast/BLNI-WSB, dated: 29.11.2019

    2. Contractor letter for time extension Ref.No.-0052/RVNL /19-20 dated: 31.10.2019

    With reference to above subject, the above work was awarded to M/s Balaji Enterprises.
    The completion period of the above work was 6 Months from 01-12-2019 to 31-05-2020.
    However, the above said work could not be completed in stipulated time period.

    Vide ref. no. (2), Contractor is submitted a request letter for time extension by 4 to 5 weeks
    without penalty with reason mentioned that delay due to ock down

    In view of above it is requested to extend the time period from 17.09.2019 to 20.01.2020 as
    contractor is unable to complete the work within stipulated time period.
