issue.

Your letter Ref No:- 4400/Barh /CCD / 2018/270 DATE:-18/12/2018

With reference to above subject it is to inform you that in the Work area Earth filling
cannot possible before march 2019. It is well know fact for the site. You have given approval in
September 2018. After onset up of monsoon season. Hence the delay in Earth filling is not due to
me. But it is due to delay in approval and balance work like Bolder Pitching, RCC etc are pending. In
want of Earth filling.

Further it is inform that the awarded work is of 11 month and 71529.00 CUM Earth
filling. Which has been already executed. Due to prolongation of Work period. It is not feasible to
execute the work on same rate. Hence by our earlier letter we had requested to revise L2 schedule.
Which has been not yet revised by NTPC. Hence it is once against requested to Revised L2 schedule.

So, that we can execute the further work and progress of work can be expedited. Hence
any financial implication by Ash-Handling Agency due to delay on earth filling Activity is not my part.
It’s the Responsibility of NTPC to bear the Financial Charged.
