Terms & Conditions

1. Extra GST will be charged as per applicable norms.

2. Quotation is valid till 30/01/2023.
3. Material used shall of grade E-250A as per IS 2062:2011. MTC shall be provided for
the materials.
4. Permissible tolerance shall be within the range of ±2%.
5. Payment Terms- ‘15 days after receipt of material at site.’
6. Angles- ISA 40x40x6, ISF 40x5, and MS Sheet 3.15 mm thick is considered for the
calculations of weight and analysis. Hole dia for nut bolts shall be 17 mm for 16 mm
wedge pins/ nut bolts.
7. Freight charges are included in the rates. However, the complete lot shall be despatched
in a single lot. Unloading of materials at site will be in L&T’s scope.
 8. Rate includes application of red oxide primer and blue shade paint shall be done after
fabrication of the materials.
9. Delivery Time: 45 days after confirmation of order.
10. On getting order confirmation, the work shall commence as per the drawings provided
to us. Once the work is in progress, no alterations or revisions in drawings shall be
done.
