 Composite Works – M/s. Petron - Civil & Underground Piping Works – Forecast Completion by
Nov’16 ; Cooling Tower Cell 1 by Dec’16.
 Major balance work of Pipe Supports, valve pits, manhole, area grading and paving. Progress of
manhole casting work pertaining to UG piping is very slow.
 Cooling tower cell 1 likely completion by Dec 16 due to sequential activities.
 In UG piping approx. 50,000 IM piping erection and complete system testing pending due to
resources issue with Petron.
 Composite Works – M/s. Petron – Structure Work – Likely Completion by August’16
 Only 31 MT steel erection balance. Alignment and documentation is main focus area now.

 Piping erection is a main area of concern with almost 190,000 IM erection and 49,000 ID welding
pending. There are 64 systems pending for mechanical completion.

 CEIG clearance received for SS-1, SS-2 and DM MCC Room. Charging planned by Mid Aug 2016
based on completion of Fire Fighting work completion.

 Balance cable laying work likely completion by Dec.16 & readiness of last EPC packages electrical
system by Feb’16.

 Piping fabrication 70% complete, erection only 10% completed. Forecast Piping erection, loop

 CEIG design approval received. Site visit clearance pending likely to be planned in 1 st week of Aug
2016. Commissioning likely to be taken up in end Aug 2016.
 Control Room CCR and ITR – Various agencies – likely completion – Dec’16
 Civil RCC work completed. Finishing work under progress. Likely Completion Dec’16.
 HVAC – duct installation completed in CCR, work in progress in ITR-2. Balance to be taken up in
ITR-1, ITR-3, SS-1, SS-2 and SS-3. Likely completion by Sept’16.
 HVAC – AHU delivery likely by Aug end 2016.
 Clean Agent System – work started in CCR. Likely completion by Sept2016. For ITR-1, ITR-2 and
ITR-3, work to commence from Aug’16 onwards and likely completion by Nov16.
 Fire Detection System – work yet to commence.
 Panel Erection and interconnection – started in ITR-2 and ITR-1. CCR and ITR-3 likely to start by
end July and End Aug respectively. Likely completion with cable termination by Dec16.
