Contractor: Lot I (Hyundai), Lot III and Lot II
- FYI,Lot I said that roof fabrication and installation needed for two months in total at the last
coordination meeting on August 6. Handover from Lot I to Lot I as scheduled on 1st October
in the contract will become quite difficult with this schedule.
Because of scheduling between both contractors, we have many questions as below.
- Lot I: Did you revise the above roof schedule?
- Lot I: Completion of columns up to at Elv.972.97 is scheduled middle of September. Coping
with overhead crane installation by Lot III, let us know your completion schedule of beams
for overhead crane.
- Lot I & Lot III: Which contractor will cover installation of rails for overhead crane?
- Lot III: Considering of the power house No.1 inside condition, do you need roof before your
overhead crane installation?
- Lot I: Can you install the roof after overhead crane installation?
- Lot III: Completion of Slab at Elv.964.50 (Erection bay) will is scheduled on August 28.
Could you study possibility of your equipment installation from this slab?
- Lot II: Are you still keep the following schedule as of today?
Transport date of Pipe No.105 on site on August 24 and Installation for 38 days.

- On August 2, Lot I and Lot III discussed about partial handing over schedule that Lot I
prepared. Its schedule will be handed over to the Lot III on October 6, 2021 and the joint
inspection will be carried out the September 29 before one week of the handing over date.

- To Lot I, yesterday access road between culvert bridge to Outdoor Switchyard was
impassable due to heavy rainfall and the vehicle could not pass on the road.Coming the rainy
season, Should you consider to improve this issue. Do you consider any countermeasures
work on this issue?

13. No.2 Switchyard Buildings

- Lot I schedule of completion of control house for handing over to Lot III.

14. No.2 Upper Penstock Line

Contractor: Lot I (PP) and Lot II

- Last meeting, Lot I and Lot II agreed the target of the handing over is 31 August 2021.
