New Hyde Park Road Grade Crossing:

 RFC issued 2/22/19
 Underpass Construction Start 6/3/19 (southwest pile line)
 Southwest Traffic Shift 8/2/19 (for southeast pile line)
 Grade Crossing Closure 10/10/19 (install SOE)

Altice:
1. Utility Relocation Plan: Issued 10/18/18
2. Construction Schedule: Started 12/18/18
3. Progress Report (Status):
 Percent Complete – 85%
 Estimated Completion – Mid March
 Conflicts/Observations – None reported
 Requirements by Others – 3TC noted that PSEG replacing riser pole # P3 on Clinch
Ave, pole to be placed near existing for easy transfer.

PSEGLI:
1. Utility Relocation Plan: Issued 1/30/19
2. Construction Schedule: Start 2/26/19 (EJ Electric)
3. Progress Report (Status):
 Percent Complete – 0% Poles will be staked on 2/23/19 for field review & analysis
 Estimated Completion – Late March
 Conflicts/Observations – Install temp pole prior to demo of 115 NHP (permanent
location)
 Requirements by Others – 3TC to stake poles and release for installation

National Grid:
1. Utility Relocation Plan: Issued 3/2/18
2. Construction Schedule: Started 1/22/19
 Installed south main dry 1/22/19 – 2/6/19
 ROW jacking week of 2/25/19
 NHP North waiting on 115 NHP Demo
3. Progress Report (Status):
 Percent Complete – 70% (installing south side house connections 2/21/19)
 Estimated Completion – TBD (pending demo of 115 NHPR)
 Conflicts/Observations – 3TC noted NHPR street crossing work should be completed
prior to 4/15/19 Covert Ave street closure, NG acknowledged and will schedule
accordingly
 Requirements by Others – None reported

Verizon NY:
1. Utility Relocation Plan: Issued 10/1/18
2. Construction Schedule: Started 11/5/18 (Combined Covert & NHPR)
3. Progress Report (Status):
 Percent Complete – 50% (previously focused on Covert Ave)
 Estimated Completion – TBD following internal meeting scheduled for this week
 Conflicts/Observations – (8) high profile customers, new equipment replacing
existing environmentally controlled vault. Equipment order, not all delivered.
 Requirements by Others – Completion subject to customer coordination and outage
restrictions. Customers have been notified. Verizon to provide info on potential
environmental hazards within vault (if any).
