1. Hand Over Date
- The handover date will be determined at the coordination meeting and get
permission from the engineer to start the gate leaf & hoist installation work
2. Confirmation Permission Remove Scaffolding
- To remove the scaffolding, we need 1 day, and we will coordinate with the lot 1
contractor for the removal of the scaffolding. See Figure A
3. Installasi Gate Leaf
- Fit Up and Insert to the slot Only We Need 15 Days. See Figure A
4. Installasi Hoist w4e3
5. only lifting Up and Put Hosit on the pier We need 3 Days. See Figure Chipping Concrete.
- For open Space Hoist, The engineer request for a re-survey, we think it's no problem
if we just put hoist base on the pier
we will place it some distance from the open space hole, so that if we do re-survey it
doesn't interfere with the measurement.
6. Confirmation Permission Remove Handrail Inspection Bridge
- When we start install gate leaf, we need permit to lot I contractor for remove
handrail inspection bridge at around sandflush gate slot. See Figure. B
7. Cleaning Area at front Spillway Gate Block Out
- Clean the work area in front of the spillway gate blockout, because we need a clean area
from mud and water for the gate leaf base, So That we request the Lot I contractor to be
willing to lend us a water pump, while we will provide the electricity power source. and we
will use the water pump every morning. See Figure C.
