A. PREPARATION
Preparation profession include :
1. Coordination about the work plan this with Owner PT . Angels Products
2. Preparation (Joint Survey & QC)
3. Mobilization of materials and tools needed for profession to location work .
4. Make sure all areas in state clean and safe During activity profession take place .
B. PERMISSION
Before To do each stages implementation carried out by PT. GKM filed licensing and
coordination with PT. Related Angels Products each stages every profession that .

C. SAFETY
Before start work , all worker given briefing about safety briefing in the work area by the HSE
team of PT . GKM and PT. Angel Products.
Preparation prevention accident work on site include :
Work permit, JSA (Job Safety Analyst), Check PPE ( Protective Equipment self ).

D. IMPLEMENTATION PROFESSION
1. Point Coordinate
Before it 's done for Step cleaning land point survey will be conducted location and
elevation in accordance with point coordinates and which points have been agreed by PT .
Angels Products and Consultants . With illustration below _ this :

2. Preparation Land
Se has been found point coordinate so Step next are :
 Cleaning land from trees and dirt that disturbs the work area

required elevation .

proceeding _ to Step next .
3. Erection
Steering on activities MBBR & Clarifier 's Aeration Pond Construction work use
 Preparation of the Sampling Site in accordance with picture work and coordinates .
 Preparation tool erection
 Erection using Hydraulic Static Pile Driver (HSPD)

4. Installation Reebar and Formwork

 Before rebar installed make sure iron rebar clean from dirt land , mud or other .
 Measuring distance iron , mark with marker and for Suite rebar in accordance
with picture work .
 Install concrete decking in accordance with needs which hinted .
 Check return distance , bond and concrete decking her .
 Make sure bond enough strong ( until on strength max )

 Check overlapping is already in accordance with which hinted .
 Check cleanliness iron rebar from dirt land , and remnants wire bendrat .

On casting wall wall done strengthening the formwork so as not to there is movement
moment casting with design strengthening support below this . As for other than to
strengthen our support, we add tie rods to the formwork so it doesn't occur side change _

5. Casting
