water tank leakages.

2. Purpose

This method statement describes the procedure to be followed for the rectification works for
Level 19 water tank leakages. This is to ensure that all activities are in full compliance with
requirements as per manufacturer’s standard.

3. Materials

High Pressure Injection Pump

PENTENS PU-300

4. Preparatory Works & Work Methodology

i. To ascertained water tank leakages area and details along with client / consultant’s
representative
ii. Drill the holes for the injector/packer with 150mm spacing c/c along the leakage area in
order to receive the application.
iii. To inject PENTENS PU300 into leakage area by using high pressure (refer to product data
sheet)
iv. Allow 1 hour for initial cure and remove the mechanical packer
v. To patch back the hole by using cementitious grout
7. Safety & Environment

• All HSSE procedure and regulation must be complied

• To provide proper and safe access for inspection and working
• Site personnel must be in proper safety attire e.g. Safety boots and helmets must be worn at
