number of manpower that needed.

please also include in the list of materials, work support materials, such as working
platform for pier heads and coping, hanging bracket, etc, with considering to planning
of work sequence.

Please provide detail drawing for Bracket A and Bracket B, and platform system for
Pierhead Works.

Need to be clarified clearly for Bracket B, in associated with bracket for Coping Work
platform.

Please mention also in the work sequence, Welding steel plate works and rebar
welding works.

After Installing rebar pier head (Phase II), next step was Installing Support for casing
Coping concrete (stage I) and continued with Place anchor deck slab, please clearly
clarified corelation between that 3 step above.

Step Launching and stressing of PC deck slab, please include the required
timeframe based on the pierhead step 2 concrete curing time before it can be loaded
by the PC deck slab, as well as the process requirements that must be carried out
before stressing the PC deck slab.

Welding plate work on SPP and Diagonal Strut Member need to be mentioned also
in this work step

Please show in the drawing steel frame that has been mentioned in related with steel
frame for coping.

On the drawing has note “PIER HEAD”, need to be clarified, step of casting concrete
pier head or for other purpose.
Need to be added the drawing of:

- Bracket B
- Bracket D1000
- Section of staging platform by considering dismantling process.

pouring, by passing through to the first phase apron concrete, please for casting still
use concrete pump, same as first phase casting concrete to avoid any damage
