3. [20points] Scenario. Engr. Juana is working on numerous projects at the same time, and as a result,
he has neglected Project CE, creating delays in the procurement/mobilization of various resources.
Several activities were delayed as a result of this unexpected incident, including:
a. Excavation of electrical manholes; which was completed 14 days after it began; and
b. Installation of tank pipes and valves; which was finished on the 32nd day (or Day 32) of
construction.
