 OHS DOCUMENTS & SITE STATUS.
OHS documents are maintained and site requirements are compiled as
mentioned below,
• OHS-CMP file is ready.
• Recent work-related approved MS/RAs are ready and copies are placed at
site.
• Work permits are maintained and keep closed off all the previous work
permits.
• Training and tool box talk record are updated as per plan.
• Emergency contact numbers and services provider’s posters are posted at
the designated area.
• PPE Compliance is ensured.
• Plan Drill is conducted.
• Competency training certification is ensured.
• Work at height is protected.
• Scaffolding is inspected and inspection tags are provided.
• Housekeeping and material management in progress.
• Temporary storage barricading is in progress.
• Dust control is maintained.
• Site access is maintained.
• Contractor HSE Team (Site HSE Manager, Officer and assistant officer) are
available and controlling the site.
