COMPLAINT TO ZELAR GROUP

Dear Gabriel Ionovici,
The undersigned Valean Vasile Marcel, collaborator with your company until 10/03/2023, I
bring to your attention the following aspects.
1) On the evening of 28/02/2023 I sent you a WhatsApp message at 18.40 through which I
gave you, the news that the last day of collaboration between us is 10/03/2023. According
to the condition put by you in the contract.
2) On 04/03/2023 I had an accident with the car rented from your company, the day when I
stopped working to pay attention to the necessary repairs for the car. Everything I was
going to do I informed in time ,because I did not want that your company to have financial
losses because of me. On 10/03/2023 I contacted you by phone and asked if you could see
the big difference in color because I had not found the original color. You suggested that I
go to the representative to help me, which I did.
3) On 11/03/2023 when I was supposed to receive my salary, you allowed yourself to
completely stop my salary, without being notified in advance in advance. I wrote on the
group to my colleagues so that they know what kind of people you are and to be careful not
to be in my situation, and you told me not to write something like this on the group.
4) Our collaboration was by Multidrop to Paack company, starting with 11.03.2023 Paack
company has suspended all Morning Shift routes, for which I had a contract with you. To
write to you on the group, that you will not charge rent, to those to whom you do not have
the opportunity to offer work. That's why from 10.03.2023 until 15.03.2023 you can not
charge me rent, because on the 10th was my last day of work, and from the 11th you no
longer had any work to do, you offered my colleagues the evening shift work that exists
since I have been in collaboration with you, but this Shift is an optional one for those who
wanted to make more money, you can not charge rent for those days, because the evening

payment, only covers the Rent and fuel.

5) On 15.03.2023 In the morning, when by an agreement in writing by you, when I handed
over the car to you, I mention that the car I gave you in a much better condition than I
received from you, because the bar that I bought new, was broken and damaged from
before. When you gave me the car was full of earth inside , telling me that you pay me your
car washing, money that I have never seen , And I gave the car I gave you a clean. On
15.03.2023 your wife sent me a notice stating that my collaboration contract is terminated
immediately, because Paack reduces the staff and for my way of behaving unruly. I want to
mention that that notice is Null , because on 28.02.2023 I received confirmation from you of
interruption collaboration on 10.03.2023. I was promised by you that on 17.03.2023 I will
have the salary, from which I will draw £ £300 for the guarantee for fines and complaints in
connection with the parcels delivered, money that I will receive on 10.04.2023 (30 days
from the termination of our contract). Today 17.03.2023 at 19, we have not received any
news from you regarding payments.
6) On 10.03.2023 I received a message from your wife, I quote “You have not been paid yet,
and when you are paid you receive your salary from Yodel". Regarding Yodel I want to
announce , that I worked 4 days in that deposit, and you have not paid me even a pound
after 6 months. I want to mention that your obligation when you hire, is to ask me for all
the documents and everything that is required in order to be able to collaborate with your
collaborators. I do not feel guilty that Yodel company after 4 days of work , they kicked me
out of the warehouse , because I had at that time 9 points on the driver's license, all those
things were your obligation to ask me or to check or let me know that I can not have over 6
points on the driver's license so I can collaborate with Yodel. I have been fair and open with
you I have never lied to you and it is not my fault for what happened, I want to mention
that I want to be paid on the 4 days of Yodel.
7) This complaint on Monday morning will be translated by an authorized translator and
filed with the Employment Tribunal based in Slough. It is not a threat, but it is my right
to receive the money that I worked, I want to announce that due to the fact that you did
not give me the salary I had very big problems in the Family and my children did not eat 3
days, I hope you find an urgent solution because otherwise it will get much further.
