Dear Sir
Before anything else, I would like to say that I am glad to be able to discuss the terms
of our contract with you company. I hope we can reach an agreement and work
together.
However, I would like to raise some of my requirements. I see that, our contract
terms do not match. For example, as a representative of a website maintenance
company, I would like our contract to be not one, as you wish, but a three-years. This
will be profitable for my company because in this way we can offer the best service
to customers.
As I know, you want to have the website tested every three months. To be honest, it
is not part of my company plans because we prefer to test the website each month
but I will try to make a concession and let’s negotiate your preferred time.
And what about of the response time. Let me tell you that my company believes 24
hours is enough to solve the any problem. If it is emergency, we will contact each
other by e-mail. In my opinion, it will be more convenient than phone contact.
I am confident that we will be able to reach a agreement regarding this issue. I hope
that the terms of our contract will not be difficult for you to fulfill. I wait for your
feedback. Please let me know whatever you decide. Looking forward and hopeful for
your understanding.
