Introduction
The sponsors of the PREMIER GROUP have been in commerce and
industry since 1950. Activities include the production of fine white
sugar from sugar cane crushing and beet slicing, the production of
ethanol from distilleries from three sugar mills, the handling of bulk
liquid products at Karachi Port terminal, production of high grade
polypropylene products by two polypropylene manufacturing facilities,
distribution of consumer products, interests in real-estate and
multinational companies representation.
The Group has nationwide industrial and trading ventures in each
province backed by a supporting network of offices in the business
areas of Mardan, Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi, and a foreign office in
Dubai.
Each company has its own Chief Executive who is directly responsible
to the Board of Directors.

Premier Sugar Mills & Distillery Company Limited (Listed
Company)
Factory Location: Mardan, Khyber
Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.
This sugar mill was commissioned in 1950 as the largest sugar factory
in Asia and has added a sugar beet plant to complement the cane
plant. The cane plant has a crushing capacity of 4,500 tons per day. An
alcohol distillery was set up in 1958 and planning for a citric acid plant
is underway.
Frontier Sugar Mills & Distillery Limited. (Listed

Company)
Factory Location: Takht-e-Bhai,
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.
Set up in 1951, this factory came under the sponsors control in 1987.
It comprises of a beet, cane factory and a distillery plant. The cane
plant has a crushing capacity of 1,700 tons per day.

Chashma Sugar Mills Limited (Listed Company)

Factory Location: Dera Ismail Khan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa,
Pakistan
The sponsors set up this sugar mill in 1991. The sponsors have so far
helped growers to develop 150,000 acres of land for the cane supply
by providing technical expertise and other assistance and have
expanded the crushing capacity of the factory to 18,000 tons per day,
one of the largest in Pakistan. An alcohol distillery has been added in
2014 for the production of ethanol.

 Syntronics Limited

Location: Hattar Industrial Estate, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa,

Syntronics Limited is one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of
AD*STAR Polypropylene Laminated Block Bottomed Valve Sacks in the
world, which are primarily used for the packaging of cement. The
facility was established in the year 1999 at Hattar, Khyber
Pakhtunkhwa province, with an annual capacity of 60 million sacks per
annum. As the demand for the sacks increased due to its excellent
characteristics and performance, the company carried out further
expansion to cater for its ever increasing customers base. Presently
we are operating 4 plants with an annual production capacity of 275
million sacks. Syntronics is one of the largest industrial consumers of
PP Granules in Pakistan with a monthly requirement of about 2000
metric tons of various grades of PP granules.

Limited is among the largest manufacturers of Woven

Polypropylene bags in Pakistan. The company was established in the year
1992, and is located in the Gadoon Amazai Industrial Estate, Khyber
Pakhtunkhwa province Pakistan.
Plant and Machinery has been imported from the prestigious Starlinger &
Company Austria, which includes 3 extrusion lines, 100 looms, 4 automatic
finishing lines (Cutting, Sewing, Printing) having production capacity of 60
Million Bags per annum. Quality Control Laboratory is equipped with most
modern technology to ensure and control the quality of product during the
different stages of the production processes.
