him in a professional capacity since he joined working as site engineer under Union Hydropower
Limited in December 2014. I am quite impressed with his enthusiasm and his knowledge of civil
engineering along with his eagerness and sincerity in working in a real time environment.
What has been of particular interest to me as a site engineer is Pratiks ability to work with
minimal supervision. Pratik has great multitasking abilities as I found him handling both chair
side work and that of the front desk with equal professionalism. He is adept handling all the
Power house and Headrace tunnel (Underground works) construction work of Midim Khola
(Karapu) Hydropower Project as a site engineer and Quantity Engineer.
The continued success of Pratik as a site engineer is solely because of his enthusiasm to perform
well. I believe that Pratik is uniquely adaptive as a team player to any environment around him
and has wonderful rapport with people of all ages because of his excellent leadership and
communication skills.
