Turn on the main power supply.

There are eight circuit breakers in the panel.
Breaker 1 : Feeding Conveyor
Breaker 2 : Hopper 1 Conveyor
Breaker 3 : Hopper 2 Conveyor
Breaker 4 : Hopper 3 Conveyor
Breaker 5 : Bucket Elevator and Break motor
Breaker 6 : Vibrator 1
Breaker 7 : Vibrator 2
Breaker 8 : Vibrator 3
Turn on all the breakers.
For AC and DC power supply in the panel we have one more breaker, turn it on.

Our HMI is password protected.

Password is 11111or 22222 or 33333
There are three pages in our HMI.

Page 1:
Only Display purpose. There is a button Enter. If it is pressed we will move to second page.

Page 2:
Title of this page is MAIN PAGE
In this there are so many boxes. We have to enter the required values in those boxes.

Total: Total weight of Batch in KG

#1: limestone: in percentage
#2: Basalt: in percentage
#3: Cole: in percentage
After entering the required data just presses the button confirm. Automatically it will display in KGs.
There are two more control buttons in this page.

Title of this page is PAGE 2.
In this page, there are four boxes.
#1: Frequency of Vibrator 1 (35 Hz)
#2: Frequency of Vibrator 2 (35 Hz)

Next batch: Delay time for next batch in Seconds
There is a control button in this page.

Control Buttons

There are two control panels. One is with main PLC panel (IN PANEL) and second is near Bucket elevator motor (OUT

PANEL).
In both panels Emergency stop button is there. If we stop the process by pressing emergency then we have to press Auto
Stop/RESET button once, before starting the process again.
There is a selector switch (In/Out) in IN PANEL for selecting the control. (Right side of the emergency switch).

There is a selector switch to select Auto/Manual mode.

If selected Auto mode then only two buttons will work. Corresponding Indicator will be activated.

If selected Manual mode then remaining buttons will work. Corresponding Indicator will be activated.

Whenever a start button pressed corresponding Indicator will get activated.
Whenever a stop button pressed corresponding Indicator will get deactivated

There is a selector switch to select Auto/Manual mode.
If selected Auto mode then only two buttons will work. Corresponding Indicator will be activated.
