GRADEMARK REPORT
GENERAL COMMENTS

FINAL GRADE

61

/ 100

The assignment covered the main areas as specified and showed an understanding of the
principles of project management.
The case study was relevant to use and highlighted both benefits and drawbacks of the project.
It was encouraging to read that the organisation had already addressed some issues however
others that would seem easy to solve were ignored. Using an appropriate methodology to
structure the project would have advocated and certainly then for instance communication
channels could then be identified.
The analysis within this assignment was good. You logically addressed each stage and there
was some evaluation involved. This latter skill was however lacking in depth and detail. The
conclusions should have brought the information together and provided more structured
alternatives to ensure the issues were addressed.
The referencing within the assignment was presented to an acceptable standard. Wikipedia
should not be used though as it is not deemed a reliable source. The general presentation was
clear and relevant terminology was used.
Overall the assessment criteria has been achieved.
