YOUR PLAYER OBLIGATIONS

Fees payment - You must pay your fees and any other levies/amounts owing in full by the due date
Kiosk-bar staffing
Open-age competition players (≥18yrs age) – You must staff the kiosk-bar for at least 4 hours each season (per the roster)
Veteran o’40 competition players – You must staff the kiosk-bar for at least 4 hours each season (per the roster)
Veteran o’50 competition players – You are needed to please staff the kiosk-bar for at least 2 ½ hours each season to help out our
junior competition families on a Saturday morning
Fundraising - All players must help with fundraising as organised from time to time, which may involve help outside the normal
playing season

Veteran Over-age Competition Teams - fees due by end round 3

Veteran o’40s: $230, Veteran o’50s: $200, Vets o’40s & o’50s: $410 - Plus $2 umpires payment for each game

MCC Hockey reserves the right to use any photographs and/or videos taken by the club at training sessions and matches for publicity purposes.
Information from sponsors may be included in MCC Hockey mail outs however we do not give your information to sponsors.
Your membership details may be made available to the MCC Hockey Section committees, Hockey Victoria and the Melbourne Cricket Club in
accordance with our privacy policy.

PLAYER OBLIGATIONS FURTHER DETAILS

The following player obligations are important to the operation of our non profit club & to keep fee levels down.

UMPIRING ROSTER – Mens Openage KIOSK-BAR ROSTER - All

All open-age comp men’s players will be rostered to
umpire up to 2 other MCC Senior & Junior games.
Rosters will be published – it is up to you to check them
and organise swaps or replacements to do your turn.
$70 fines (and suspension from selection if not paid) apply
if you do not perform your roster commitment.
Regular ‘club’ umpires are sought and will be paid $30 per
game for subsequent games umpired once your roster
obligation is complete. Speak to the Committee to apply.
FUNDRAISING - All
As organised by the Hockey Committees from time to time
and may involve help outside the normal playing season.
All players (≥18yrs age) will be rostered to staff the MCC
Hockey Kiosk-bar for 4 hours this season.
Rosters will be published – it is up to you to check them
and organise swaps or replacements to do your turn.
$70 fines (and suspension from selection if not paid) apply
if you do not perform your roster commitment.
PLUS choose ONE other duty please - All
In addition to your umpiring, fundraising and kiosk-bar roster
obligations you are asked to please nominate one other duty
that you could do if needed.
