    I have had the pleasure of working with Jessica Ortega in the Central Kitchen
    with the Lake Elsinore Unified School District Food Service Department.
    Jessica has worked with me on a variety of projects, catering events, and
    secondary menu planning. Jessica has a passion for food especially in
    creating new ideas to encourage students in trying new items.
    Jessica is assigned to the Central Kitchen as a Food Service Assistant, she is
    organized and can work independently and as well with others. She can also
    multi task and ensure that all assignments are completed in a timely manner.
    Jessica has strong interpersonal skills, she has a good rapport with all of her
    coworkers and can designate effectively directions in a professional manner.
    Jessica has trained in ordering, inventory, catering events, and menu planning.
    Jessica has worked with LEUSD for two years, she is an honest and a hard
    working individual and handles herself in a very professional manner. Jessica
    is a quick learner and embraces change and challenges.
    I would like to recommend Jessica Ortega to the position of Senior Food
    Service, she would be an asset to the Food Service Department and also our
    school district.
