Order of Discussion:
1. November event discussion.
a. Encourage all of your classmates and faculty members to attend.
b. Fruit tray, veggie tray.
i. Utilize the Hyvee charge card and build theys instead of ordering.
1. Exec Board
c. Google Doc sent through Communications Undergrad Listerv.
2. December Initiation: December 2, 6-8pm
a. November 1st is the deadline for applications.
3. Open House: November 3rd.
a. 2-3 members representing LPH: 3-5pm
4. Fundraising events for the Spring Semester
a. Partnering with companies: Noodles & Company, Orange Leaf, Insomnia
Cookies.
b. Partnering with PurplePaws for a pay to pet event.
i. 50/50 split; donate half.
5. T-Shirt sales - currently the department purchased more shirts than we sold (26 v 20)
and money was taken out of our budget. Tabled for next meeting.
6. Attendence Policy
a. Draft a rule for next semester
i. Limit to one excused and one unexcused absence.

ii. Notify Secretary of absence.

1. Have a system in place for people to participate when they cannot
attend (find a code word within the minutes)
2. Normal reasons for excused absence
