REFLECTION

I am blessed by reading this journal, I have learned how to be a good

researcher in Gods eyes. I know for sure it is a hard thing to do, because there are
so many temptations in this world. Many theories come up and try to against Gods
will and what He has done in the past. Many researchers nowadays do their
research without consider about the purpose of the research itself. In fact, God is
the one who gives us knowledge to do the research, therefore as a researcher I
have to do just for Gods glory. I learned that God wants us as a Christian researcher
to redeem the wrong things in this world.
As Christian researcher, we have to filter the theories that we have learned in
this world. It does not mean that all the theories are wrong, but God wants us to
filter it based on His words. Gods word is the best foundation of our research. But it
does not mean that we must put many Bible verses in our research, we have to
reflect and know for sure whose glory that we work for in the research? We have to
depend on God more and involve Him as we do research. Our relationship with God
is also the most important thing to do.
