Introduction, care
and safety instructions

You have bought an innovative medical product with the latest state-of-the-art
technology.
You should have untroubled pleasure working with your treatment system
ATMOS S 61 Servant for a long time.
Preconditions for this are safety and reliability.
In order to achieve this, regular maintenance and care is necessary.
Protect your investment:
Care and safety controls, together with the professional application,
guarantee the operational reliability and availability for use of the ATMOS
S 61 Servant. This, as well as regular cleaning is essential.
Repair work and safety controls may only be performed by an authorized
ATMOS technician. With the use of the original spare parts you will be
guaranteed that the operational reliability and availability for use as well as
the value of your ATMOS S 61 Servant is maintained.
Please pay attention to the following:

A safety-related control should be performed annually according to the

accident prevention regulation. In addition we recommend the annual
service, as per service booklet.

Only place clean instruments on the deposit.

Clean and disinfect the instrument deposit at regular intervals!

Only use the approved disinfectants stated in the operating

instructions.

The service technician should check the display (compressed air and
vacuum indicator) annually.

Please note the ATMOS hygiene programme.

service is recommended

The monitoring of the burning life of the halogen bulb on the ATMOS S 61 Servant vision:
The burning life of the halogen bulb is monitored by the control. If 90% of the bulbs burning life is
achieved (nominally indicated by the manufacturer) the LED on the activation button is no longer
green but turns orange.
If one of the above service cases occurs, please contact your local ATMOS service partner or contact
the ATMOS service centre, phone +49 7653 689-222.

Confirmation
The ATMOS service technician performs all the services on schedule and confirms the proceedings
in this booklet.
Your ATMOS S 61 Servant receives a seal of approval stating the date for the next service
appointment.
The scope of the service does not include any repair work, for this a separate order must be given.

Reference to warranty
Please follow the tips in this service booklet and comply with the same. This is the only way to ensure
your warranty claim is maintained.
During the warranty if the prescribed services are not performed by an authorized ATMOS service
technician within the specified time, then a warranty claim may only be settled when the
manufacturers inquiry results are presented.
