RE: Exercising the Freedom of Information Act relative to the Central
Election Committee
Dear Attorney Kadah:
As part of my academic work, I am seeking information pertaining to validity and
integrity of IT systems of the Central Election Committee: Lawful development,
validation, operation, security.
Therefore, I sought the contact information for the Central Election
Committee FOIA Office, if such office exists at all. I could not find the
information.
Therefore, I herein request the necessary information pertaining to the Central
Election Committee FOIA Office, if such office exists: Web site, name of the
Officer, email, fax, and payment methods - online or by bank payment.
If no FIOA Office exists in the Central Election Committee, I herein request the
name of the FOIA office, under whose authority the Central Election Committee
operates.
Alternatively, I herein ask for authoritative information regarding the manner in
which the Freedom of Information Act may be exercised relative to the Central
Election Committee.
