    Abstract :
    OAB represent the problem of serious clinically problem, which its proportion
    more and more, many along with increasing age and population of the elderly.
    Symptom and sign of typical clinic, so that can be distributed and diagnosed since early
    although with the simple health facility
    OAB often arise at the same time with stress type incontinence and interconnected sliver
    with urgent type of incontinence. Most important from symptom and sign of OAB this
    can be losing of self confidence and cause of the elderly withdraw from social and
    physical activity. This matter wild because of decrease the elderly quality of life.
    Management of this condition usually handling by non pharmacologic, pharmacologic,
    and when needed with surgery intervention.
