Presenting our articles of incorporation in compliance for our application
to legalize our activities for your approval ;
And endorsement to the Securities and Exchange Commission and also
for the information of the community.
The following requirements contained in its Articles of
Incorporation:
1. The primary purpose of the business is the provision of
Technical Vocational Education and
Training (TVET programs;
2. The institution is owned solely by a citizens of the Republic

Of capital owned by Filipinos, subject to the final verification of
the SEC;
3. The Administration and Control of the institution is vested on the
citizens of the Philippines subject
To the final verification and approval of the SEC as required.
This request presented in view of our interest and requirements for the
institution in compliance to
Incorporate for the purpose of registering a Technical Vocational Training
Program under the
Technical Vocational Education And Training Program under the Technical
Education and Skills Development Authority.
