I hereby forever, unconditionally release RONALD ABEL EBORA, from any
criminal, civil and/or administrative liabilities and obligations arising from
our Contract of Sub-lease dated October 8, 2014.
Hereby confirming that no pressure, force nor any act or omission done
against me in executing this quitclaim which I am doing of my own free will.
