Contract

This contract is being initiated for ____________________________(studentathlete) for the 2016 Wrestling season.
Students are expected to conduct themselves in a manner which follows the
behavior code for Mason Middle School. Participation in extracurricular
activities are only permissible if the student is academically eligible, and if
the student acts in a way which is in accordance with the expectations of
conduct.
Disrespecting a coach or teacher or behavior referrals to coach
1st Offense= A reminder at practice.
2nd Offense= A second level reminder as well as loss of matches at a meet
and the player will be placed on an individual behavior contract.
ISS or OSS
When a student athlete gets ISS or OSS they will not be allowed to attend
any wrestling activities while on suspension.
They will not be allowed to wrestle in the following match if there is not a
match during the suspension.
Missing Practice
To be excused, a coach must be contacted before the athlete being
absent from a practice.
An unexcused absent is when a student-athlete fails to personally notify a
coach they will be absent from a practice. This will result in loss of
participation in matches. Two unexcused absences will result in removal
from the team.
Expectations of Partnership
Our goal is to have a positive season where student athletes, parents, and
coaching staff can work together to create an environment that is cohesive
for everyone.
