Design

Involve reaching goal within constrains

Incorporating users aspect and design rules.
Susceptibility to change factors, due to dynamically changing world.
Ongoing, iterative process.
Outcome of design is prototype that can be finalized into final product for implementation & deploy.
Data on analysis is used for redesign old/existing design, and is used in-line with users mental modal.

Individual differences are one of the change aspects in change factors- the factors that provide the reason of resign an established design. Individual
differences include cultural variable, demographic, physical and cognitive differences of targeted users.

Draft idea 2011

The breakdown of the Design stage.
The process of design has been break down in this model. The original model illustrates the transition of the entire design process from the beginning
of the design process until the end of the process- form knowing what is wanted to implementation and deploy process. In this model, design is
further broke down to level 1 diagram, showing the processes involve in the design stage.

Constrains: constrains are issues and limitations to consider when designing. For example: cost, space, safety, environmental effects, contextual, users.
Mental model: knowledge and expectancy of how things works based on experience and culture.
Change factors: change in terms of technologies, users, context.
Pseudo design: unfinalized outcome, transitions of every modifications to the design. Recursive process of alteration.
Design rules: guidelines, principle, standards.
